The side button arrangement also appears to have been reshuffled, with the right edge accommodating the volume rocker, as well as both the power and «convenience» key, while the SIM card tray slot has been repositioned to the opposite left edge of the device.

As with most other BlackBerry handsets of the newer generation, the right spine of the Tour houses a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a volume rocker, a dedicated camera key (which can be customized to serve as another shortcut) and a mini-USB port (for data transfers and power).

One small complaint we have with this slate is the location of the lock key and volume rocker.

The aluminum body feels solid and has just the right amount of grip, with a nicely textured power key and a tactile volume rocker with very little wiggle.

Samsung has thankfully gone with a volume rocker instead of individual keys, and below it there's a new button dedicated to its inchoate AI assistant, which it calls Bixby.
