his role as a team player.
The resume format of electrical maintenance engineers include
their role as a team player who can work in varied environments, different roles and across industries.

your role as a team player and be involved in major projects.

Team players care about the other members of your organization just
as much
as they care about performing well in their own
roles.
Each
player knows his
role and the
roles of his teammates, which helps the
team move down the field
as a unit.
For some
teams, ETH's short time in existence played a bigger
role than others, while some saw the potential for Ethereum to become a major
player not only
as a currency, but also in part because of its unique ecosystem.
Yes we have
players that can play Ozil's
role but they will be much less effective than Ozil and the
team as a whole will be severely weakened IMO.
Everyone goes on about Kante and yeah, he's a good industrious hard worker but he excelled at Leicester because they had a unique and regimented approach to how they played football and how the whole
team acted
as a unit, which made his job much easier and conversely, the other
players jobs were easier too when considering his
role in the set up.
Many
players come back from that squad for this season, which puts the Bears in the more unfamiliar
role of having to go wire - to - wire
as the state's No. 1
team.
The gross mismanagement of Arsenal during June - Aug of this year is currently my feature case
as a prototype of the worst possible bungling of personnel resources and mis - assignment of employee resources to
roles (
as just a few of many possible examples, sitting Kola & Laca last match, starting Welbeck who couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, playing Bellerin at LWB, third straight laughable
team assignments in a row, seriously considering loaning out our 2nd best center back, letting multiple key
players enter the final year of contract, etc etc etc) imaginable.
2) No leaders across the pitch: Özil for all the money is no leader but a technically gifted
player who can split a defense with an exquisite vision and pass, Sanchez for all the dribbles
as the potential but is not there yet, Cazorla will never be in the conversation, Mertesacker is not fit to be one anymore, Coquelin for all the good he has done is too tender and inexperience, Giroud no WC
player to assume the
role... the only one who can seriously be a leader is Wilshere but unfortunately until he becomes consistent and set the tone with his talent and passion... 3) Mertesacker is a shell of himself and it would be an embarrassment to see him continue to play in his current form, get Gabriel out just for the sake of showing anybody in this
team that there's no place for under performers: we paid good money to get him so play him!
With the prices of other strikers being
as they currently are, buying in a
player who can learn the CF
role while also adding to the
team from out wide would seem the «cheaper» option compared to buying a CF who will displace Giroud or cause Wenger to go back on his word with Theo.
It's a shame really how people are so plastic over here.We seem to change our views so easily. Why can't people just make up their minds? It's like people don't have stance.
As I've been saying and will keep saying we have many good
players but
as good
as they are they're overrated. We've just compromised
as a club. There are problems in every single
role in the
team, from defence to attack.Yet these problems will constantly be ignored. Some
players are cleary not good enough but say it and the stats lovers will come out.The main problem wrong with the
team is the centre. The other problem is Wenger and his misuse of
players.I for one don't really rate Ramsey - Xhaka partnership in a sense that it's defensively weak with Xhaka not good enough defensively and Ramsey very inconsistent. The only
player excellent defensively in the centre in Arsenal's
team is Coquelin and I think he should be playing though many won'tsee why.Look how easily the balls went through the midfield.Coquelin should be partnered with another CM in our current
team.People shouldn't deceive themselves Xhaka that Xhaka isn't a DM.He's just not good defensively admit it.We need a DM more than a CM in my opinion or a hybrid like Sanches or Jankto.
There are better
players technically but he's a real quality
player and I think he'd be perfect
as much for the fact he's versatile and the right wing / striker positions is where our
team could be improved and he fits that
role perfectly.
Cech clearly thinks that the hard hours have been well worth it and that the
players are now very aware of their individual
roles as well
as how they all fit together to make the
team as a whole tick.
From his deep
role he is England's most creative
player... which says more about the state of the England
team than it does about Wilshere's ability
as a DM.
In doing this, Wilshere became the first England
player to win the man of the match award 4 times in a row,
as fans and pundits called for Wenger to incorporate Wilshere into the Arsenal
team through this deep - lying playmaker
role.
I see those 3 guys
as the best «
players» on our
team next year, which is why I think he shuffles
roles as necceasry to keep them on the court.
That is kind of understandable because Lacazette is a rival for Giroud's first
team role but all
players want to win things
as well
as play.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where
players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current
players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these
players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects,
as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox
as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise...
as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national
team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced
role on the pitch...
as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive
players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a
player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the
players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National
team's midfield, where
teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this
player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part
as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3
players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential
as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill
players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this
team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a
player would make sense
as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6
players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this
team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
why did we play Welbeck in the striker's
role... no one can question his heart but to have a
player with such limited first - touch and finishing skills against such a game opponent with Lacazette on the bench is almost unforgivable... maybe it's because Welbeck tows the party line or maybe it's because Welbeck doesn't know anything but 100 % on the pitch, unfortunately neither of these qualities makes him a capable starting striker on a
team with any real aspirations... I can only hope that he was being showcased for a move elsewhere,
as there was some talk last week about some interest from Everton... if he moved on that would be the only silver lining of this coach's decision, but once again it wouldn't excuse this club for putting business decisions ahead of fielding the best possible
team to secure 3 points at Anfield
I still don't understand people's obsession with boxing
players in to a specific
role... The whole «true DM» is a dying breed, even Coquelin is arguably something else considering the advanced positions he takes up often in front of Santi and takes major risks in winning the ball back for us... IMO, the reason Coquelin has had such a successful integration into the first
team is that he focussed incredibly hard on the basics of his
role first and foremost before adding other elements to his game (long - balls, driving runs into space, more aggressive ball movement in general) it's not rocket science to tell a
player to curb the attacking side of their game and focus primarily on defence before attack... Nor is it that hard to see that playing in a midfield pairing with either Ramsey or Cazorla is going to be different
as well.
The
team must
as a default be set - up to score, not to stop the other
team from scoring, however, because wining needs also stopping the other side form scoring, there will be enough
players to work on that
role, dedicatedly.
Our position
as goalkeepers is a very complicated one because you have less opportunities, in the
team there is just one
player who plays in that
role, and who gets the support.
Sorry but I don't see Mhikharyan
as ideal choic, his
role will be to support the striker and we already have enough
players doing that, it won't change our goals scoring ability until we change our or CF.. What we need a CF or a goalscorer that can carry the
team on their own.
Add in Okongwu's selfless approach, sparkplug Ofure Ujadughele, a 6 - foot - 3 junior transfer from Millikan - Long Beach, Andre Ball's increased confidence and expected production, and the contributions of
role players such
as 5 - foot - 9 sophomore Phaquon Davis, and it's apparent this
team will win tons of games.

SO give me a
player who you can count
as «the best» who can come in possible take back - up
role but would try fight for first

I feel like our next manager needs to be able to instill the mentality that defensive work is just
as important
as offensive work, with each
player clearly understanding their
role in the
team.
Ainsley Maitland Niles in his two or so matches a CM has shown me that he can protect the back four and attack very well. Why is Wenger destroying the
player at LB?I remember also telling everyone here earlier in the season that we should change our formation to four back and that Monreal and Kolasinac shouldn't be in the same
team as one has to be rested and deputise for the other.I don't care how consistent Monreal is and to me he has no CB qualities. He at times looks almost world class at LB but to me he has no qualities of a CB.Why is Xhaka also starting?Coquelin is twice the
player he is for the
role Xhaka should be playing.
Firmino can play in a number of
roles from out wide in a central midfield
role as well
as up front and the Figueirense
player may feel a high profile move to Liverpool could aid his push for a first Brazilian national
team cap.
But the point is that there are other metrics that matter a lot too, and just
as much
as goals + assists for certain
players, considering their
role in the
team and respective
team's tactics.
Theo Walcott has even told Arsenal
Player that he thinks his new
team mate has become the
role model for all the other Arsenal
players,
as well
as bringing true quality to the
team with his technical ability, pace, power, finishing and vision.

While there are women in NBA 2K league staff
roles, such
as Jazz Gaming Manager Angie Klingsieck and Pacers Gaming
team president Kelly Krauskopf, out of the of 250
players that were interviewed, only one was a woman and she ended up not making the draft pool.
Francis was back to average only because Wenger wanted him to play a different
role in the
team as opposed to the previous season when he was one of our best
players.
It's also a little lie I'm sure
as everyone has a preferred
role but because his a pro (and he wants to stay in the
team and look like a
team player) that he says so.
We have plenty of midfeilders that can play the striker
role and plenty of those same
players on the bench
as well with no playing time because of a crowded
team.
Welbz and Theo could be good competition for the CF
role and I would like to see how well our attack could perform when they are use to having pace upfront again instead of Giroud, I've tried my best to support the guy but he makes it hard This season he has proved me wrong and I am also questioning his effect on the
team, he does moan a lot to the other
players when he was the one who should of done more... If it was Alexis moaning then I could understand it
as that guy plays with 200 % passion but Giroud... Only time he shows passion is when he feels his starting spot is threatened.
He can play
as DM and even the Ramsey
role, he is a good
team player as well, above all he is made for the Epl.If you don't see all this in him, you are fre to do or say anything to me..
They function
as role models for younger
players in the way they conduct themselves and apply themselves in training
as well
as educate younger
players, they help attract other top
players to the club, they help instill some fear in opposing
teams etc..
He only turns up if we
as a
team are excellent there are a number of
players who can play that
role with a better
team ethic Why has no club come in for him?
«Since I've been at Manchester Metropolitan University, I've helped out our local club and our university club by volunteering
as an RFU Game Finder, a
role that consists of finding weekend games for
players at University while also allowing the local club to link with the University's
team through me.
Ozil has had the luxury of playing alongside lots of excellent
players for Real and Germany,
players that because of they're level of quality and
roles in the
team, can often make up for his own shortcomings in the game and he's given quite a bit of autonomy to do what he wants, if and when he wants in a game which isn't
as rough and tumble
as the premiership.
Arsene Wenger will almost certainly want to play three at the back for that game
as in theory it makes a
team more defensive, and so the boss may also want to stick with that formation for the games, especially the Premier League ties, that come before that tough away fixture in order to get the
players as used to their
roles as possible.
I understand what your saying but Ozil is no Bergkamp he doesn't have the aggression strength and nasty streak that Dennis had and he doesn't obviously have the finishing ability of Dennis in the 10
role Ozil is a nice tidy
player who coasts through games and has great vision and an eye for a pass but there isn't much else to his game in my opinion defensively he is really poor although our
team as a whole collectively are at times.
Players like Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Danny Rose and Kyle Walker, all of whom are either products of the academy or recruited by the club at a very young age, have played a pivotal
role in their
team's success this season, which begs the question
as to why Arsenal have failed in this regard.
Iwobi's emergence highlight's the need to keep Arsene Wenger in his
role as boss,
as no other manager has a track record of moulding these young
players into first -
team stars.
Alexis showed his true character in the loss to Liverpool in my opinion, and Mesut Ozil has got way too comfortable with his first -
team role, leaving us with two top
players, who are not performing
as desired.
Sometimes,
as a fringe
player (Chamberlain has started only 4 of the 8 games in the Premier League), it's easy to dish out top - drawer performances when you are asked to do a cameo
role for the
team, and very least is expected of you.
