Exactly, the ones who don't look like they have the weak mentality get sided out for no reason, Sanchez was scoring for fun when he was free to play in the centre and the wings, but he was outshining Giroud so the manager restricted him, Ramsey was scoring for fun when he was allowed to shoot outside the box and had
