Buttery little bundles of dough are tucked into muffin
pans and
bake up into a tender
roll, reminiscent of a French croissant in taste but with the velvety crumb of a traditional rich, white bread
roll.
The rich, thick, cookie dough is pressed into a 10 × 15 jelly
roll pan for
baking.
We didn't have any
pan suitable for this so I
baked it in 4 coffee cups and got banana
rolls.
Dulce de Leche cake
roll: preheat oven to 170c degrees and line oven

Open the oven and place a jelly
roll pan or any
baking pan with sides onto the middle rack.
My beer bread recipe is the same way, producing a batter that you scoop into popover trays for
rolls or a loaf
pan and it
bakes out just right!
1) i sandwiched the dough between 2 sheets of saran wrap,
rolled it flat to about 1/2 ″ and froze it flat for ~ 1 hr 2) i cut out my shapes and spaced them out on my
baking pan, then stuck the
pan in the freezer again for ~ 1 hr.

If you don't want to use a pie
pan for this recipe,
