I just made it with a few alterations...
rolled oats in place of quinoa, all fruit on the
bottom and I made a brown sugar crumble on top (1/2 c flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tbsp butter).
Also, instead of parchment, I
rolled these out between two Demarle Silpat mats, baking, of course, on the
bottom one.
