Reviews 2: A Project
Room series: The Monumental
New City: Art and
Community (1980 — 1985) Reviews is a series of four exhibitions which re-situate some of the last 20 years
in the Toronto art scene.
In positioning himself between worlds — the art world, his family and
community, peripheral spaces he seeks to inhabit — Murillo has made
room for a
new visual language, one that draws as easily and subversively on his personal narratives and the narratives around the places he has visited, as it does on traditional vocabularies of painting, installation, and sculpture.
Included
in these renovations is large beautiful common area, designed as both a reading
room and
new community space featuring rotating art exhibitions by emerging and established area artists.
While recycling levels still have
room for improvement, Recycle Week's 2017 campaign, «Recycling — It's Worth It», aims to show people how items they recycle acquire a
new purpose — whether
in the form of everyday products or packaging used
in homes, energy to power
communities or compost to nurture the growth of
new foods.
The event will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites
New Orleans Convention Center (1201 Convention Center Blvd,
New Orleans, LA 70130)
in the Arctic
Community Meeting
Room (Riverside 1), which is sponsored by the National Science Foundation.

Before deciding to create a
new currency, the people behind Bitcoin Cash appealed to the original Bitcoin
community for an increase
in block size and they cited greater accessibility and
room to grow for the burgeoning Bitcoin user base.
