HHV - 6 is the virus responsible
for roseola — a mild childhood infection resulting in high fevers and occasionally associated with a rash.
You may see a rash,
like roseola, and the dog will feel severe burning and itching.
See a slideshow and learn how to tell if your child has
roseola and what to do about it.
Remember, by the time you and your pediatrician know for sure your little one has been infected by
the roseola virus, he'll already have recovered.
Rubeola is usually confused with rubella and
roseola.
Scarlet fever, fifth disease and
roseola can cause red bumps.
