rough textures since that already exists in the grass, bushes, trees, ground etc..

It does have some
texture when dry, but
since the glitter grade is so fine, it's not
rough or unpleasant to the touch.
For products that you use daily, like toilet paper, paper towels, etc., it might be best to go name brand in almost all cases,
since cheaper generic brands are made with just one ply, and
rougher in
texture.
TIP:
Since the panelling has a
rough texture, prime it first, then lightly sand with an electric sander before applying the finish colour.
