The two - decade time frame is important
because it relates to the introduction of genetically engineered crops that are resistant to the herbicide glyphosate (the active ingredient in Monsanto's widely used weed killer
Roundup).
Glyphosate is also known by its brand name,
Roundup, and
because US soil is so contaminated, it was found in almost every US wine that was tested, even organic ones.

because it is linked to autoimmune inflammation.
I bring these up to say that we shouldn't be so myopic as to think that
because wheat has been hybridized, processed, and
Roundup - sprayed to death, that there aren't other grains that have sustained most of the people of the earth for literally millions of years.
Another reason we are seeing an oxalate overload in people is
because GLYPHOSATE (
Roundup herbicide) is accumulating in us all.

because of lack of crop rotation and the use of chelated fertilizers and herbicides like
RoundUp.
