Our veterinarians can provide you with a comprehensive plan based on your individual pet's needs; this may include brushing, chews, rinses,
routine rechecks and more.
Routine rechecks are necessary to ensure appropriate pacemaker settings and assess the pacemaker's battery life.

Owner Responsibilities: If you allow your rat to participate in this study, you will be responsible for bringing your rat to your veterinarian for a
routine visit every 6 months (or more often if you notice any mass recurrence or any abnormal clinical signs) and covering costs of the anesthetic and surgical fees, post-operative treatments and hospitalization, as well as
recheck examinations required for your rat.
Those exclusions are pre-existing conditions, preventative /
routine care and the office visit fee (vet exam,
recheck or consultation).
Follow up calls are
routine and
rechecks may be desired by us, yourself, or your veterinarian.
