move into my back
rows which take approx 3 - 4 mins.
I definitely will give up competing soon — and in the meantime will
move those curls to the end of my
workout, in deference to the
rows, bench and squats.
The main
workout program should consist of a combination of big
moves like deadlifts, squats,
rows, pushups, lunges and other big, «calorie expensive» exercises.
