Mmmmmm... Garlic
rubbed toasted slices of baguette topped with a mix of slow roasted grape tomatos, sliced black olives, capers, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella, all blended with a really good olive oil and some of the roasted garlic....
Toast a few slices of that pre-frozen bread (see above),
rub the toasted slices with a cut clove of garlic, and feast.

I think everyone has the general idea of using great

rubs a clove of garlic into the bread, but my suggestion is to take the cut ends from your
sliced tomato and
