pan you used — I'd love to know because I've experienced that if you use a wrong size you end up with a cake that's way too flat or that has filling
running over the

Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the
pan about 20 minutes and then
run a knife around the edge
of the
pan, place a cooling rack on
top and carefully flip the whole thing
over so the cake falls out onto the cooling rack.
If you are having a problem with the liquid boiling
over, I have heard if you
run some butter or coconut oil around the inner
top edge
of the
pan, it keeps the mixture from boiling
over.
Put rack with cake in a shallow baking
pan and pour hot glaze
over top of cake, allowing it to
run down sides.
Run a rolling pin
over the
top of the
pan to trim the dough.
