food is more
runny and thin than when it was freshly made and then frozen.
Remember, your
baby's age will determine the consistency of the
food he eats: younger
babies need smooth,
runny purees, while older
babies can handle lumpy, mashed mixtures.
And squashes tend to produce smooth,
runny purees — all the more reason to make it one of the first
foods you offer to your
baby!
Just spoon your prepared
baby food on to a baking sheet to form little mounds (although please note that this won't work as well if your
purees are very
runny).
