Mix your PB Fit with a little extra water than usual to ensure it's
runny enough to pour over your Banana Loaf or just cover with normal peanut butter - I also add a banana for decorative effect
Make your flour paste: Whisk together the paste ingredients in a small bowl until smooth (the mixture should be
runny enough to pipe but viscous enough to not run everywhere; add a little extra water if it's too thick).
I substituted 3/4 t. vanilla for the Fiori di Sicilia, omitted the citrus peel and did not add water to the apricot jam (The jam was plenty

enough (it really needs to be a few minutes), — not using double cream but whipping cream or something with a lower fat content, — not allowing the caramel to set in the fridge for a few hours (the caramel should set into a sticky layer that should be able to be cut and isn't
runny).
This doesn't make it
runny and drippy, but just soft
enough that it easily swirls into the banana bread batter.
