This rustic wood slice chalkboard has been on my project list since last summer when I acquired 4 slices of cedar wood from a neighbor.
Unfortunately, I was so excited that the transfer technique worked that I forgot to take a before picture of the transfer and you only get to see the finished
rustic wood slice chalkboard.
I just glued twine to the backs of each wood slice and star, and I had myself a little
rustic wood slice garland!

I made this three tiered
wood slice stand as part of another project that needs it's own blog post, but I was happy with how well it suited the
rustic romantic theme of the shower with the raw
wood edges and pretty glass pieces inside.
