I do nt think Arsenal should be 100 % emotional and I do think more

need to sell some players not even because of Lemar or Mahrez but because they are not meeting expectations.They are quite a number of underperforming players who
need to be sold.This would free up spaces for more effective ones and even reduce wage bill significantly.This is one place where Arsenal usually fails and that is balancing
ruthlessness with love of players.The coach just seems to love some players too much to sell them.It's a shame really.However, a lot of players remain thankful to Arsenal and Wenger because of the way we treat them.I just hope Wenger doesn't continue failed experiments this season again.
There are other positions in the team with the greatest urgency for an upgrade so if Ospina who was actually very good and performed superbly was upgraded it means the
ruthlessness in upgrading the other two positions
needed should be very quick and forceful.
It is not that crisis does not require man management, but the man management when driving for growth
needs higher degree of
ruthlessness, objectivity and team building skills.
