The six core offerings from Mantra Artisan Ales are
the Saffron Cardamom IPA and Milk Chai Stout currently served at Chauhan Ale & Masala House, as well as a Sour Belgian Style Pale, a Sour Flanders Style Red, a Belgian Style Wit / Saison Blend with Coriander and Bitter Orange Peel, and a Belgian Style Amber.
At retail, Mantra will initially sell three beer styles in 12 - ounce bottle six packs —
the Saffron Cardamom IPA, Sour Belgian Style Pale and the Sour Flanders Style Red.

Put the
cardamom powder and
saffron strands to it, it gives a good aroma.
This version has notes of
saffron, rose,
cardamom and almonds in the cake, a lemon glaze on top, and is decorated simply with pistachios and rose petals.
Ingredients 4 - 5 green
cardamom pods 3 Tbs unsalted butter 2 pinches of
saffron 3 cups unsweetened finely shredded coconut 1/4 tsp ground
cardamom 3 Tbs dry milk powder 14 oz sweetened condensed milk chopped pistachios for garnish gold shimmering sugar for garnish
Mix sugar and water in a thick bottom pan and keep it to boil, put the
saffron strands and
cardamom powder for a good aroma.
Heat milk along with

saffron in a heavy bottomed pan.
Place the yoghurt into a mixing bowl and begin to add the honey,
cardamom and
saffron.
