salad each night with dinner is probably beneficial to our health, but a massive greens salad 2 or 3 times a day, every single day is probably too much and may cause problems with too much oxalic acid.

Keeping
with the summertime theme, we had this beautiful
salad for dinner last
night.
Made from juicy tomatoes, red onions, and seasoned
with lime juice, cilantro, garlic and jalapeno chiles, this pico de gallo - style

night.
There is a traditional bulgarian
