page, no advance reviews, no marketing plan, no blog or website in place, no Facebook or Twitter presence... and, not surprisingly, they've seen no
sales.

If you want to add your book for tracking, just repeat the process you used when first adding your book:

sales rank of the 20th book — that's the one you NEED to beat to get to the first
page of the bestsellers list, you need to sell that many
