This Quinoa and Black Bean
Burrito Bowl is loaded with all the layers you'd expect
in your
burrito — beans, tomatoes /
salsa, corn, cilantro and avocado and I swapped out the rice for quinoa.
They're awesome with cinnamon, with
salsa, pureed
in a soup,
in burritos,
in enchiladas, with oatmeal, on a boat (I'm sure they're good on a boat.)
Slow cooker verde pork shoulder (because it becomes nachos,
burritos, tacos with zero effort) which is just a pork shoulder covered with sauteed onions, two jalapenos and a large can of Herdez verda
salsa cooked
in the crock pot all day until it becomes amazing.

But here it is again: Most people wanting to avoid gluten can eat anything we serve except for our wheat
burrito tortillas, our soft wheat taco tortillas, and possibly our hot red tomatillo
salsa (there is a small amount of distilled vinegar
in it which some gluten - oriented websites still say might be problematic, although most don't).
To make the

in America, like big pita flatbreads, Chipotle

salsa have all been needs / cravings so large that I just caved and learned to make them myself.
For the
burrito insides, I used the rice cooker and made brown rice + black beans together, then I tossed
in lots of
salsa.
Try adding turkey and cheese, or mix
in salsa and wrap
in a tortilla for a
burrito.
Add
in whatever
burrito toppings you happen to have on hand, such as
salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or maybe even some leftover cooked veggies.
It's great with rice and beans better still
in a
burrito (see above), or just with a little pico de gallo
in a taco, or a little
salsa verde and Anita's coconut yogurt.
Enjoy these red wonders

burritos, spreads, stews, and with rice or other grains.
For a Mexican twist: Wrap
