I added some mulberries to mine and am going to sprinkle some coarse sea
salt on the chocolate for a sweet and salty taste.
The Verdict: Remember when you didn't want
salt on your chocolate chip cookie, but now you can't eat one without it?
I didn't dip in chocolate this time, but I will try with a sprinkle of smoked sea
salt on the chocolate next time as I can see it would be a great compliment.
You can't actually taste the pepper — like
salt on chocolate, it simply enhances the berry itself.

There's something of marscapone and cream cheese in the
chocolate's aroma, and something of golden syrup in the taste, while the «lightly
salted pistachios» remind me a little bit of melted butter
on toast.
Kind of like with

salt on the raw nuts completely transforms them and makes the flavour pop brilliantly, try it some time.
