avocado and romaine salad tilapia baked with sauteed vegetables omelettes with feta and peppers - oven grilled asparagus on the side shakshuka - courtesy of SK greek yogurt with nuts and fruit, simple isreali salad - tomato, cukes, cilantro, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper
same salad with chickpeas and feta tossed in.

egg drip off.
Breakfast is pretty much the
same options; cereal,
eggs,
avocado toast, bagels, some baked good.

eggs in a salad or boiled
eggs with potato,
avocado and homemade dressing (tahini, evoo, lemon juice, water, salt and pep); SMOOTHIES with chia seeds or nut butters
Avocados are high in fiber and healthy fats, but they don't have the
same vitamins and nutrients that other food groups have, such as fruits,
eggs, grass - fed Greek yogurt, steel - cut oats and of course superfood smoothie.»
