The words central to our moral frame of reference have lost much of their power to make sense of experience, while at the
same time, by inventing a new vocabulary, the moral
education establishment literally creates a new way of seeing reality.
In much the
same way that Africa leapfrogged landline phones and adopted mobile phones directly, so, too, could developing countries leapfrog developed ones in the
establishment of their
education systems.
