I am going to (in the near future) write an OP EP dealing with dual agency and why I believe that most (almost all) Realtors can not be trusted to equitably conduct same due to their inability to psychologically separate out their fiduciary responsibilities to opposing parties (at one and the same time) from their quest for dual commissions.
