I have two of
the same floorplan in the same complex that cashflow $ 1100 per month, so I expect much the same out of this one.
In a given subdivision
the same floorplan (as presented for the rights to build same) built on ten different lots can vary in the extreme... if all the rooms are 8 - 10 inches less in length or width at some of the structures, because someone working for the builder, as a framer, decided to do things a little differently (who knows why) this can impact sq.ft - age and make it «not» match those builder's drawings.
I inquired when, over a period of a couple of years I had listed
the same floorplan over and over in a given subdivision, the variables in my measurements were «extreme.»

same time, easily customizable
floorplans give you the option of designing something to suit your needs.
The Zestimate is looking at data only, not individual homes which can be drastically different, even with the
same basic
floorplan or square footage.
Inspiration to me because, even though I won't get hardwood floors in my home in dry and dusty Arizona + 3 cats + heavy office furniture, etc., I want the tile floors throughout my open
floorplan to have the
same continuity of the floors in this house without looking like a museum.

floorplan is just the
same is ours!
