But really, if you put a game on sale it should be standard to do the same with the related DLC.

Even if the Vita version doesn't come out at the same time who cares, it won't hurt the game nor would it really help it since Vita sales aren't the best in NA anyways (needs price drop and cheaper memory cards) I would like to see it on Vita but i can wait since i plan to play it mainly on the PC anyways to enjoy it at full quality.
