Chimpanzees spend 6 hours a day
gnashing fruits and the occasional monkey carcass — all made possible by the
same type
of big
teeth and large jaws our early ancestors had.
(By the way, I have the
same response to the hair pulling and
gnashing of teeth when lawyers stress about how to deal with ethics, conflicts
of interest, privilege, etc., not just climate scientists.)
