Rice - sticks (also called mei fun, bifun, rice vermicelli) and rice noodles: Long, fine noodles made of white rice flour, with
the same mild flavor and tender texture of white rice.

I think agave will have a slightly
milder flavor, but contributing the
same amount of sweetness / moisture to the bread.
White beans are
mild in taste just like cashews and will help create that
same creamy, rich
flavor without any fat (plus they'll add extra fiber!).

same recipe.
Luckily the two flours are basically the
same nutritionally except the white whole wheat flour has a
milder flavor and the color is lighter.
The
flavor of this cake is almost exactly the
same as the quinoa flour version, but I would say that the buckwheat flour is a little less nutty and more
mild than the quinoa flour.
White whole wheat flour tends to not need as much added sweetener because of the
milder flavor (this is because it doesn't contain the
same phenolic compounds as red white, if you want to get nerdy about it).
