At the
same time, it is my contention, as it would be Emmet's, that the validity of the first two must be based on the assumption underlying the third, that is, that our
symbolic forms must be thought to refer to real «things» or
events to which we must respond and to which we are related according to the concept of rapport.
It will be a
symbolic moment for the company — after all, it was at the
same event last year that Faraday was lambasted for unveiling an overhyped concept car — and the hype has been commensurate.
