Store them in
a sandwich bag in the freezer and tumble a few out as you need them.

If you end up with extra chicken after prepping all the meals, just toss it
in a zip - top
bag and store
in the
freezer for quesadillas, tacos or BBQ
sandwiches later — I like to top some chicken on baked potato.
Put the dough into a plastic
sandwich bag and put it
in the
freezer to chill for 1/2 hour.
If you can wiggle them out of the molds carefully, store them
in a Ziploc baggie
in the
freezer (you can fit 2 - 3
in a
sandwich - size
bag) so they can harden further outside the molds.
I'll group all of these
bags into one gallon
bag so that the whole
sandwich stays together
in the
freezer.
When the uncrustables are frozen, pack each one
in a separate
sandwich bag and stack
in the
freezer for later.
I put each
sandwich in a baggie and then place the baggies
in gallon size
freezer bags.
