I took the chicken out to cut up and thickend the
sauce on the
browning setting, added the chicken to get everything hot again and served
over rice.
Pour the remaining béchamel
sauce over the beets, scatter the remaining crumbled goat cheese and grated romano
over the top of the gratin and bake in the
over for 20 - 25 minutes until the top is
brown and the gratin is bubbling.
- While the cake is still warm, combine the remainder of the reserved apple juice (roughly 1/2 cup) with the 2 tablespoons of
