I had some leftover Peanut Butter Caramel
Sauce, so I diluted it with a little
cream the next day (Since it had become much more thicker by then) and heated it, poured it
over some vanilla
ice -
cream and made myself Brownie A La Mode — Heaven on a plate!
If you don't want to use dulce de leche, you can use caramel
sauce but it needs to be quite firm rather than the runny kind you pour
over ice cream.
But this!?! I can see a half croissant per person split with a scoop of vanilla bean
ice cream and either caramel or fudge
sauce drizzled
over.
As for the boys, they seemed to like their margarita with no tomato chunks pizza (read: tomato pizza
sauce and cheese pizza) and Hawaiian without pineapple (read: ham pizza) and by the end of the day, after bouncing all
over our place with the Swiss ball, eating pizza and
ice cream sundaes, they'd exhausted themselves and M took them home to sleep.
We enjoy this
sauce drizzled
over all kinds of desserts,
ice cream, fruit and sometimes even pancakes or waffles!
It is very easy to prepare, takes only few minutes and you got the most tempting chocolate
sauce that you can serve it as it is, pour it
over ice cream or
over some buttery biscuits... just heavenly.
