I subbed banana for the apple
sauce and soy milk
with two dates blended into it for the liquid, some vanilla,
cocoa powder (about 3 or 4 Tlbs.)
Warm one cup of the cream
with the
cocoa powder in a medium
sauce pan.
The
cocoa powder gives the steak a rich flavor
with a slightly bitter finish, which is offset perfect by the whiskey bacon
sauce.
I'm quite partial to peanut flour
sauce with a sprinkling of
cocoa powder and cinnamon as a topping, or else Sun Warrior protein «frosting» (noooo, I can't believe I used that phrase lol).
For me, it was bananas, fresh blueberries, a bit of hemp seeds and I finally topped it
with a 3 ingredients chocolate
sauce (carob or
cocoa / cacao
powder, sugar and water).

powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 mashed banana 120gm sugar free apple
sauce (1 tub)
