For those of you who think eating healthy can not be filling, I would like to introduce you to my delicious butternut squash lasagna rolls, filled with
sauteed baby bellas and kale.

So I simply made some quick - cooking barley and folded in cubed and
sauteed butternut squash and
baby bellas whose flavor I deepened with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
Baby bella mushrooms
sauteed with thinly sliced onions and drizzled with Truffle Infused Olive Oil.
I
sauteed some onion, green pepper,
baby bellas, cherry tomatoes and cauliflower in some coconut oil and had it on the side with a baked sweet potato and one scrambled egg.
