I would just
saute some some sweet onions and red peppers, and maybe add some cherry tomatoes, herbs, and a little olive oil and eat it like that.

saute over medium heat for about five minutes.
Next grate 2 medium carrots, 1/2 a large courgette or 1 small one and a 2 ″ chunk of
sweet potato and
saute with the

I'm definitely going to try that with my go - to quesadilla (Chevre,
sauteed mushrooms &
sweet onion, and a hearty helping of fresh ground pepper, with just a touch of gruyere to keep it together).
Loaded with lentils, mushrooms, fuji apples and
sweet,
sauteed onions, this loaf captures the essence of the season perfectly, and I must say, it really turned out amazing.
I always start my soup with a
saute of
onions and garlic in butter which lays a flavor base for the soup creating a full bodied, not too
sweet soup.
While the
sweet potatoes are cooking, add coconut oil,
onion and tomatoes to a
saute pan and cook over medium heat for about 8 - 10 minutes until the
onions are translucent.

sauteed mushrooms «chinese» style (with fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, jalepeno / chili, soy sauce, etc)- roasted radishes w / poached eggs - «teamwork pasta» — this is your recipe for pepper and cheese pasta, but it helps having two sets of hands to make it in our house... we put an egg on this too of course - tuna pasta (chopped
onion, garlic, lemon zest, chili flakes, tuna, olives — easily adaptable to what you already have in the house and like)- roast chicken on friday - roasted

Bake them for a more traditional approach,
saute them with some olive oil and
onion, or you can even transform them into a
sweet potato fry (this probably isn't the healthiest option, although it is quite tasty).
