calories for later.
Although convenience products may
save money and
calories,
there's a downside: They can be high in sodium.
There's wasn't a lot of math involved in making this but it will
save you much time and it helps immensely when trying to track your daily
calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat.
Lightweight sport seats (of which
there will be only four), carbon - ceramic brakes, a thin - wall exhaust with four tailpipes, and twenty - inch hollow - spoke wheels complete the
calorie -
saving effort.
Personally, my hypothesis, also untested, is that fat people don't eat 40 % more (I believe
there are several studies showing that food consumption in
calories hasn't changed much in the UK, and anyway, these show food purchased rather than consumed) but that actually they exercise 40 % less, thus earning a net
saving in CO2 over all those people pounding the streets and the Gyms.
