The way I create «flow» is I do not try to match up the
paint swatches because they NEVER look right to me, I just try to select
paint that feels like it will go together, all in my color palette, and then when I try the
samples on the wall, I look from room to room to
see if they flow.

paint color, all I can really suggest (since I can't
see it in person) is to look at the
samples in all lighting possibilities — daylight, overhead lighting, at night, when it's overcast, etc. — to make sure you'll like the shade of white at all times.

seen it in person, it has looked amazing so when we were ready to
paint I knew I loved it so much I didn't even
sample, I just bought the
paint.
If you have the time, you should create a
sample board to
see how the
paint and wax looks before doing your vanity.
The best way to find out what it will look like is to experiment with some craft
paints or
sample pots of
paint in the color you want on scrap wood to
see the different effects you can achieve by using glazing liquid.

When testing a color, don't just
paint samples on the wall, where you'll only
see that color in relation to the previous one, Gissler suggests.
You're better off purchasing
sample pots and
seeing what the
paint looks like in your light.
You can also

So, after
sampling 27
paints, I have narrowed it down to BM Jute AF - 80 (which I
see as a green - grey neutral), or maybe BM Carrington Beige... however I don't like the Carrington Beige much with Mascarpone.
Put the carpet
sample next to a baseboard and
paint sample in the design center and next your hard surface flooring
sample to
see how it will look when it's next to the flooring if you'll have any spaces where the two meet.
