I just got off an online chat with a T - Mobile rep. and asked
about the release date of the new
Blackberry 3G and she
said she was told November 18th as the official release date for all customers that are NOT business customers.

about a move away from tablet technology, Heins

BlackBerry's new initiatives are to target a consumer it thinks will rely on one mobile device for all communications within seven years.

Japanese mobile phone operator NTT DoCoMo
said it suspended domestic sales Friday of the smart phone
BlackBerry Bold after
about 30 users reported the keyboards heated up during recharging.
It's believed the
BlackBerry A10 is likely the handset company CEO Thorsten Heins dropped hints
about earlier in the year when he
said a new flagship was in development to replace the
BlackBerry Z10 and would arrive before the close of 2013.
BlackBerry says BB10 is all
about getting stuff done and is designed, from the ground up, for professional users with professional needs.
RIM executives did not make themselves available after the gathering to field questions
about discussions
said to be taking place between countries such as the UAE regarding access to data sent using
BlackBerry devices.
June 28: RIM
says it's cutting 5,000 jobs, or
about 30 percent of its workforce, and delaying the launch of
BlackBerry 10 yet again, to the first quarter of next year.
Needless to
say, there's still plenty to learn
about the
BlackBerry Priv and we've still got plenty of time before it all gets laid out but at least now we know when to expect it.
