says it has filed a class action lawsuit accusing the Syracuse - based Dinosaur Bar - B - Que chain of failing to pay its
tipped workers fair wages.

says it's disappointed that the Governor's wage board did not limit the minimum wage for highly
tipped workers to $ 6.50 an hour.
In a letter to Cuomo and legislative leaders, the New York State Restaurant Association
said its members will struggle to cope with the already approved increase in the hourly wage for
tipped workers that takes effect Thursday and will not be able to afford any further hikes.
