Segwit2x to come to a
scaling agreement.
So, while businesses and miners are pushing for more aggressive
scaling via the controversial
Segwit2x proposal, the open - source team behind bitcoin's most widely used software is focused on other efforts entirely.
One of the leaders of the
Segwit2x project, he argued that the
scaling proposal is too controversial to move forward.
SegWit2x and BIP148 are two of the most popular
scaling proposals that intend to activate Segregated Witness («SegWit») within a month.
