gym, I jump on the elipitcal and do low intensity cardio... and just to point out, michael stated above earlier how important it is to monitor your heart rate and keep it in the range of 100 - 120 bpm.

In the US I had a pretty rigorous
gym schedule, teaching 5 + classes a week at Equinox, plus checking out my favorite boutique studios from

I rearranged my
