An Individual Education
Plan (IEP) is a legal document outlining the goals and
accommodations the
school will provide for your child throughout the
school year.
Individuals with disabilities who
plan to attend this meeting and who require certain
accommodations in order to allow them to attend and / or participate, or who have questions regarding the accessibility of the meeting or the facilities, are requested to promptly contact the

The 504

accommodations ensures that there is no confusion as to the exact steps that need to be taken to keep your child safe and included in as many
school activities as possible.
