The primary focus of our team is to assist our junior high, high school and college bound students individually and in groups in their chosen sports (football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, swimming, cross country, soccer, baseball, and track) and improve their athletic performances by providing, strength, agility, running and endurance regimens specifically to meet their needs.

In high school, McLane was an athlete, participating on provincial soccer, football and baseball teams.
