The Department for Education is inviting tenders to the value of # 17.4 million for services to support
school readiness to provide
school lunches to all infant pupils in England from September 2014 (# 9.6 m); to kick start
increased take up in at least 2000 junior and secondary

clubs in at least 500
schools where over 35 % of pupils are eligible for free
