need to cycle through projects during the day and also given that Laurel and Violet are not in after
school programs (Jon and I really 50/50 it in terms of covering the after

In order for a personalized format to work, however, in additional to excellent coaching and human support, our
designers need a number of important resources, such as clear outcomes, formative assessments process, tools to support their project management, and exemplars of high quality
school design.
In the building the Lab, we are working to be mindful of the circumstances and
needs of our
school designers.
We believe that teachers, knowing their students» unique
needs, must be
designers and deciders — in
schools where they have full authority as a professional group to make the decisions that matter for student and
school success.
