meal charges in trying to collect on delinquent accounts.
In either case, the unpaid
meal charge quandary is an emotional one for
school nutrition professionals — they know the impact a
meal (or lack of a
meal) can have on a student's ability to focus in
school, and they never want children to go hungry.
