Dayton Education Association President David Romick was honored at the White House as a «Champion of Change» for his role
in school transformation efforts, especially at Belmont High School, one of NEA's Priority Schools Campaign sites.
NEA's Priority Schools Campaign has brought together more than 300 teachers, education support professionals, union leaders, district administrators, community members and parents, representing 36 Priority Schools from 17 states, in New Orleans for a three day forum to share lessons learned, challenges and strategies for success
in school transformation efforts.
In 2015, we are releasing the Meaningful Student Involvement Handbook and forming several new partnerships focused on bringing Meaningful Student Involvement to the forefront of today's
school transformation efforts!
