science of HIIT and the monumental benefits it can have to any
strength -

Just a general question about exercise: what do you think
of Doug McGuff's (author
of «Body by
Science») approach to achieving total fitness via high intensity
strength training, and do you see any reason why such an extreme
program should not be followed on a ketogenic diet (Doug is an advocate
of a low carb Paleolithic diet).

programs: Unlike other online coaches that do some photoshoots, get «internet famous,» and decide they are qualified to prescribe
training to other people — I've studied hard to become a NASM certified personal trainer and am currently in a graduate
program at the University
of South Florida to earn a Master's
of Science degree in Exercise
Science with a focus on
Strength and Conditioning.
