scraps of fabrics a seamstress once worked with.

I've been
quilting for a very long time and still find it fascinating that a few simple
scraps of fabric can make such beautiful objects.
If you have a lot of fabric
scraps lying around, you might want to try your hand at string
quilting (strip piecing).
This is a fantastic way to use up your smallest fabric
scraps and be introduced to
quilting techniques at the same time.
As much as possible we try to reduce waste by using our leftover and
scrap textiles in these home goods, whether as patches on a
quilt or pillow, or as variegated squares on our decorative flags.
